Book Description: Melbourne, Oxford University Press, 1948., 220pp. 8vo. Original cloth with no dustjacket, does have previous owners name and gift inscription dated 1948.  This a nice copy of a sixty year old first edition of the much sort after Edna Walling.  The book is not ex-library.  It is tight and straight.  There are a couple of stray biro marks on the front cover but they do not take away from the book.  It has  coloured frontispiece and some nice black and white photos and drawings throughout the book.  End papers are green of a garden scene. PS  The photo I have taken throws a shadow but the book is a uniform colour. Will post Australia Wide in Satchel for $5.00. Overseas $18 by air.
